[Enhancement]: Add support for AWS S3 Checksums in Localstack

The AWS-SDK added the usage of checksums in S3 as a part of their 2.30 updates. Currently, localstack fails to accommodate these changes and tests fail with the error:

"Value for x-amz-checksum-crc32 header is invalid"

Support for this would be appreciated so applications can stay up to date with the newest AWS-SDK version

Hi, I think this request is for LocalStack project and not Testcontainers. Testcontainers runs LocalStack only.

Sorry, let me clarify:
Localstack v4.1 supports checksums, however when I utilize the dependency org.testcontainers.localstack I get the error described above

Testcontainers runs the LocalStack docker image. So, I still think this should be supported on LocalStack. What should be done on Testcontainers side to make it work?

for reference: the problem is that if you don't specify a specific localstack image, you get a really old one. Happens in many testcontainers libraries (java, dotnet - maybe all?)
