I can work on this!

I've discovered that the current version of @testcontainers/mockserver already supports HTTPS (example script illustrating an HTTPS request).

The only missing piece is a method to create the HTTPS URL to be used by the SUT.
getUrl returns an HTTP, so I could add a getHttpsUrl.
Or, I could update the existing with a flag getUrl(useHttps: boolean = false).

Note that mockserver generates a self-signed certificate, so the tests must be run
with the NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0 flag.

I've had a look at the testcontainers-java implementation, and they have getEndpoint and getSecureEndpoint. As we already have getUrl, I think getSecureUrl makes some sense. WDYT?
