Redpanda container not starting because of missing redpanda.yaml.hbs file

Expected Behaviour
Redpanda testcontainer should start

Actual Behaviour
Redpanda testcontainer start fails with error:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '.../node_modules/.pnpm/@testcontainers+redpanda@11.5.0/node_modules/@testcontainers/redpanda/build/assets/redpanda.yaml.hbs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install testcontainers and @testconainers/redpanda
2. Run new RedpandaContainer().start();

Environment Information

• Operating System: MacOS / Linux
• Docker Version: 28.2.2
• Node version: 22.17.0
• Testcontainers version: 11.5.0 / 11.0.0
