What is the current behavior?

Description:
- OS: Windows 10
- Testsigma version: v3.0.1
- UI loads at https://local.testsigmaos.com/ui/onboarding
- Signup fails with HTTP 500
- OTP email never received
- authentication.signup.email.verification.enabled=false
- Server logs show APP STARTED successfully
Expected:
Signup should complete without OTP in local setup.
Actual:
500 Internal Server Error on signup.
What is the expected behavior?
We should be able to sign up successfully
