Description
Raise a warning when detect duplicated concepts.
Names and tags params are usefull to identify concepts. Posible actions:
- Advise or notify warning. Accepting only one definition.
- Mix or unify these definitions into one.
- Rename automaticaly concepts to avoid duplication.
