Initial geojson load is tough on browsers

The site isn't responsive. look into profiling and optimizing those loops. As a last resort, break the geojson up and add it in batches.

I could split it by zip code, but then I'd have to figure out how to get the map to load by zip code. Maybe there's a way to export "tiles"

one option is https://github.com/mapbox/geojson-vt but it competes with my markerCluster stuff and integrating it w/ Leaflet isn't obvious

another option is to try web workers to run things in the background
