New screenshots(?)

There are a few screenshot images missing from the docs. I started to just take new screenshots to fill in the blanks, but things wouldn't match.

I then considered redoing all the screenshots, but that made me wonder what Viva will look like. If it will look different (which I assume will be the case), it seems best to wait for Viva before any screens are shot.

I think the most pragmatic thing would be just to fill in missing ones for now, I don't think it's worth worrying about having absolute consistency here. You're right that screenshots may change for Quest Viva, we can do a comprehensive overhaul of the documentation when that's ready, which is going to be a while yet.
