Games not (staying) saved off Quest's website

Technically it saves, says it does anyway. I stay logged in under Quest, but exit the game and come back and the save is still there. I log out of Quest and back in and the save is still there. I clear my history and it is wiped clean. Is there something in my History screen I should avoid checking the box of? Thank you.

There are currently issues with the server host. (No one else can even get a game to load online.)j

This is being addressed, but I'm not sure exactly how long it will be before it's fixed. (Hopefully very soon.)
