Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines listed twice

This is an issue in both files:

• move-support-resources-with-regions.csv
• move-support-resources.csv

One row says Virtual Machines cannot be migrated across regions and the other row says they can be moved across regions.

This is causing erroneous lookups in my scripts.
