MediaWiki maintenance scripts cannot be executed #321
Description
This is due to LocalSettings.php trying to load extra environment variables for various credentials. These environment variables are not provided to the maintenance scripts, even if they exist in the environment at the time the script is run due to the defaults of php's variables_order configuration.
