Failed in Pacific centered map in Robinson projection

I tried to use your code to draw a pacific-centered map in R.
However, I failed to get the same plot as you did. The plot I got is attached.
It seems the problem with polygons.
Could you please tell me what's wrong with it and how I can fix it?

Hi, I have an idea of what's going on there but no solution. Similar problems were the reason why I wrote this package a while back and at the time it did solve it. Apparently, that is no longer true. Not sure what has changed, but unfortunately, I don't have the time right now to look in this further...
