[Feature Request] Improve INFO field display and search behavior

Summary

The INFO column is truncated in several the UI pages, and the search only matches the visible (trimmed) text instead of the full INFO content.

Affected Pages

• submissions/ — My submissions
• tasp-admin/ — Investigations

Current Behavior

• INFO displays ~20 characters (...), full content only visible on hover
• Search only works on the displayed (trimmed) INFO text

Expected Behavior

• Display more of the INFO field in the table (column width rebalance against the size of the ID, STATUS, TESTS columns that are small, if needed)
• Search should match the full INFO string, not only the visible part

Impact

• Incomplete search results
• Harder to quickly identify relevant entries

hereunder we see that "added to a new teams" is part of the INFO field.

but it is not possible to find this submission by searching with, for example, "added to" or even "new" ot "teams"

and by searching with displayed info, such as "You've been", it works perfectly
