AWS ap-east-2 location constraint is incompatible

What happened:

Store Gateway crashes with:

ts=2026-01-28T20:21:45.767335141Z caller=grpc.go:200 level=info service=gRPC/server component=store msg="internal server is shutdown gracefully" err="bucket store initial sync: sync block: BaseFetcher: iter bucket: The ap-east-2 location constraint is incompatible for the region specific endpoint this request was sent to."

What you expected to happen:

Store Gateway runs without issue

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Configure store gateway to point to S3 bucket in ap-east-2.

This region was added and released with minio-go 7.0.98 minio/minio-go#2167 so bumping minio-go version should resolve the issue.
