Run half away Program stuck

When I run the DQN.py for a while, about Epoch 15, the program is stuck, and the GPU use-ratio becomes 0! I have no method but to wait, however, Waiting for a long time, there no response.

What should I do? Is there something wrong with the parameter I set？
