Blank page after installing

Hi, I'm trying to set up an Alidade instance. I've set up the sql database and have successfully configured it. The HTML is in the steps, slide_list tables etc.

But then the site is just a blank page. What do I have to do to get the site showing?

(Some more detailed documentation on how to get the sql database running might be handy btw)
