[BUG] Multiple Errors downloading GSE205049 with sample strategy

🐛 Bug Description

When running download GSE205049 with the sample strategy without additional questions I'm getting:

Fixed in v1.0.0. The catching classes that do not inherit from BaseException error was in the old geo_downloader.py code. The GEO download infrastructure has been completely rewritten in lobster/services/data_access/geo/downloader.py with proper exception handling using Exception, ftplib.all_errors, requests.exceptions.RequestException, and other appropriate exception classes.

The new downloader also automatically converts ftp:// URLs to https:// for NCBI endpoints, which resolves most FTP download failures.
