Event schedule, pit map, and venue map should support pdf files #340

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I cannot upload pit maps or schedules in pdf format. This is inconvenient because many events provide these as single-page PDFs. It is tedious to go in and take a screenshot of these, and it is a less desirable format for consumers to view as images instead of printable/searchable pdfs.
Describe the solution you'd like
Support uploading and display of PDF format event schedules, pit maps, and venue maps.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As a stop-gap, you could allow upload of a pdf and convert it to an image server-side if the client-side viewer only supports images.
Additional context
This assumes users have admin permissions for their event to take advantage of the upload side of this feature.
