Proposal/Discussion: Switching to a more modern Style System

Tachyons.io latest release is v4.12.0 from ca. 2018. Since then, the net has changed much --- a lifetime on the internet is 4 years (source: me) --- and much of the theme is hard to maintain.

Question 1: Do we switch away from Tachyons or keep working with its legacy?
Question 2: If we switch, which framework should we consider?

In my opinion, Q1 is a definite "yes" or a stagnation on the current feature and design set that Ananke has. Q2 is a decision between Twitter's Bootstrap (widely adopted, but a bit aged in terms of container queries and latest baseline features) or TailwindCSS (a more technical framework, but equally widely adopted and very flexible).

As Ananke is a beginner theme, I am gravitating towards Bootstrap. As a developer I am gravitating towards Tailwind.

In any case, the goal would be to keep the appearance and design as they are, with whatever engine is under the hood.

Not sure if this is a viable option, but shadcn https://ui.shadcn.com/ seems to be quite popular.

I am keeping Shadcn in the list, but it's on the far side of Tailwind for the more technical versed user IMO. I have no real overview who is using Ananke at all, but in the Hugo docs it's used as "getting started" example, so going full on web-tech might keep the users away.

A lot of the shadcn classes are Tailwind classes, so it might be an option to add on top of Tailwind.
