setup.cfg gives error with pip in Ubuntu 22.04

Ubuntu 22.04 with the latest pip install followed the node installation guide: https://docs.theqrl.org/use/node/installation

Seems like they want to have the setup.cfg changed some names:

• author-email > auther_email
• long-description > long_description

Did a small workaround for now with pip install --use-pep517 -U qrl for the installation and that seems to work.

Now I did a install of setuptools-61.0.0 and I got this error:

After installing setuptools-61.0.0, you need to reinstall qrl.
