Crash on deconstructing combinator's ghost #67

Tested also on latest version 0.16.3.
Steps to reproduce:
Have crafting combinator. Have combinator destroyed, so there's a ghost instructing bots to replace it. Combinator has to be destroyed ghost, not a ghost instructing bots to build it for first time.
Game crashes after using deconstruction planner on the ghost. Game doesn't crashed when ghost canceled manually (by right click)
