Add-on component purchase status disappeared

After purchasing add-ons, they become unusable when I exit the software for a period of time or disconnect from the network and re-enter. I need to manually click "Restore Purchases." Strangely, after successfully restoring them, clicking "Restore Purchases" again removes the purchased status.
