Pop up window not showing from menu bar unless you manually run the application

I'm not sure what causes this issue. However when I click on the menu bar icon it often won't show the pop up. If I then manually run the application it works for a short while. I've recorded a video of this to show what I mean.

I'm running an M1 with Sonoma.

Hey @rabbly, thanks for the great screenshare. This is a bug that has been reported and I am looking into, right now I do not have much time to work on BatteryBoi but when I do, I will make this a priority.
