Create a dashboard/admin panel with info on theme for users

Include info like large image upload size (#5) (1600px), image optimization is built in, other reference stuff, style notes like "avoid using blue and yellow" and when/how to use what, etc.

This widget is currently out of date. It would be great to have some guide for new users, and/or reference material.
