Update days command is improperly documented

Description

I believe the documentation for how to use the update days command is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

Type help to the chat bot. The response includes an explanation for how to use the update days is:
update days [mon tue wed ...] -- updates the days you will match on. Use the first three letters of the weekday
however that syntax seems to be misleading because entering update days [mon tue wed] gives the following error:

Error: Inproper input for updating days. Received: "[MON". Use the first three letters for each day of the week

I realized that update days mon tue wed is the correct way to do that but it was very unclear.

Expected result

When I copy and paste the doc instructions on how to use this command (minus the ellipses) it should work correctly and update my schedule.

Actual result

I receive an error that says the input is improper
