ajax/slidePanel links not clickable on Android device

I am loading a .aspx page in the slidePanel to display notification icons. Works great on desktop w/FireFox Quantam. When I display the panel on my Android device, links on the .aspx page are not clickable. The panel has no touch effect but the swipe works to close the panel. Since the links on the .aspx page are generated dynamically, I decided to try a static page but found that those links were not clickable either. I have tried Google Chrome and Firefox (versions below) on my Android device and the links and not clickable on either browser. Last, I asked a co-worker, who also has an Android, to hit the page and the links were not clickable from their device as well.

OS: Android 6.0.1 (Droid Turbo)
