How to import posts and pages from Wave2 to Wave3

Hi

I'm a wave user since v2 but now I need to move to v3. I had a lot of post from my old v2 site but copying the data from the database does not work nicely. Is there something I'm missing. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Please note that in the v2 site I'm using MySQL while for v3 I'm using SQLite
