Review code block in sync over network procedure

a bit out of scope, but it would be nice if this was not part of the code block but instead part of the explanation below. like

"Use the --upstream-lifecycle-environment-label option to reference a custom lifecycle environment label. By detault, {Project} uses Library."

Same for the other option. I dislike the square bracket in the code block and trailing backslash in line 47.
