Without: 
(after trying to sync the clock it tried again but failed) Changing the value from “offline” to “iburst” in /etc/chrony.d/pool.conf and restarting systemctl restart yast-timesync it would fix the issue. With the change:

We did some tests and found out, that configuration of the 2 settings work better to configure the NTP.
