1. Inside the data folder:

• In the index there is no foph.ipynb file. In addition to this, the notebook does not have a title, is it included in the index.rst of this folder or why does it not appear there? And what title should it have at the start of the notebook?
• In data.md There is only the title "Data collection". What should we include here or is it left as is?

2. Inside the analysis folder:

• For documentation specifically in the information associated with clustering.ipynb in Function plot_matrix() and plot_xcorr() the plots are not shown. This may be associated with Issue Review myst_nb operation #7

3. The getting started section should be expanded a bit, can you tell us what we could include here?

1. About the foph.ipynb, it seems to be ongoing work (it is very short), @eduardocorrearaujo Are there more material to add to this chapter of the documentation?
2. The title for this data can be "Fetching data from the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health". By the way, in the other chapters, we can replace "Downloading" by "Fetching" to make the titles shorter.
3. For the data.md, please feel free to add some introductory paragraph about what can be found in this package, perhaps including links to the subsections. For example: Scipy docs.
4. @Anavelyz, the plots from the clustering notebook are not appearing because they are generated by Plotly. Please check possible solutions for this here.
5. For the Getting Started section, please take inspiration from the Scipy documentation, with more detailed information about installation, a general description of the library, etc. Please say also that the R version of the examples are still a work in progress and that volunteers are welcome!
