I have completed all the usual restart app, reboot laptop, reinstall app ect.. and keep getting the error below. Any ideas of the issue or what i couold try next? Win10 pro 64 bit

You do not use the right version of the ESP32 platform, watch the tutorial.

I tried the 3.2.0 from the tutorial and i get the same error.
I tried from another PC. I tried using mobile hotspot so it was a different internet. turned of firewall ect... and I keep getting the same error.

What IDE are you using and what version ?

So I had latest version 2.3.7, I Uninstaller and used 2.3.6 and was able to continue with tutorial.
However the images are cut up pretty bad. Any ideas what I can do or look at?
I haven't tried converting any of my own yet, these are just from the supplied mjeg folder.

Some model of cheap Yellow display works only at 40Mhz, try changing this line :
#define DISPLAY_SPI_SPEED 80000000L // 80MHz
to
#define DISPLAY_SPI_SPEED 40000000L // 40MHz

I put a couple of my own mjpegs on the SD card and they look great. However I'm not sure how to change their ratios.
I think am stuck in the powershell part of the tutorial. I can't see from the video where these mpegs go into the bin or where that bin is located. I can see I added the location in powershell but it's not an option to open when "right click" inside the folder.
I tried just pasting it in powershell but it gives some lines of.code like.its working but then an error.
I used an online tool to change the mp4 to mjpeg that way.
Is there a way to change the ratio or size of the file so it fills up the screen vertically and not just one corner.
Or to flip a file so it's horizontal and not vertical? Or do they all have to be the same, all vertical or all horizontal?

I'm not completely PC illiterate, but I haven't been exposed to Changing code , which maybe this is or not, just looks like it to me.

Using ffmpeg is the best way to achieve what you need.
Open a terminal Window and install ffmpeg with this command:
winget install ffmpeg
Then close this terminal window and open another where the files you want to convert are located.
Try some ffmpeg commands shown in the readme of this project to see if you can get it to work
