I can't Search Track with Korean title

Hello!

You Didn't add locale parameter to all search functions.

I'm using the searchTracks feature, but I can't find any Korean search results.

So I forcibly added the locale to the request query.

There is a big difference in search results depending on whether or not a generic locale is entered, so it reports this.
