Manual sysupgrade image hangs trying to load upgrade

For the last several releases I have been unable to do a manual upload of a new firmware image.
I can choose a file, and the Upload and Flash button becomes active but when clicked the buttons says Please wait and never stops spinning. I can ssh into the camera and I see nothing uploaded to /tmp/.
Cameras: Wyze V2 and V3. Both OTA update correctly. I hesitate to OTA update my Wuuk 510 as it is still on a release that I can manually upload firmware to.

Thanks in advance for any clues as to what I am doing wrong.
