Feature Request: Allow users to edit username field in onvif config page.

Ive been playing around with some of the hardware NVR's available on Amazon. I noticed that they find thingino onvif but they cannot be added due to incorrect user name. These NVR's hard code username for some reason (Maybe so you purchase their cameras) so usual hard coded username is "admin" Anyway, if we could change this in the admin panel that would be super cool. Could build nice system with Wyze cams and hardware NVR.

Onvif user name is tied to other services and cannot be changed in userland. But you can make a custom build with the name changes everywhere during compilation. Although replacing the NVR with a better one is the proper way.
