URL is required for A2A agent card

First and foremost, congratulations! Your work looks very solid! I am running into a few issues though...

When I run examples/langchain/langchain_to_a2a.py, I get this error:

python_a2a.exceptions.A2AConfigurationError: URL is required for A2A agent card. Please provide a valid URL when creating the agent.

Unhandled error: Failed to convert LangChain component: URL is required for A2A agent card. Please provide a valid URL when creating the agent.
🔍 Test mode: Forcing successful exit for validation despite error

I see the same error when I run the quick start example: examples/langchain/langchain_to_a2a.py

Any ideas?

It seems it is not compatible with the latest a2a protocol.
