Description

• First, when we use any toolbar like (shadcn or flyonui), and we change position and theme, then we use any other toolbar, then their default side and theme come in another toolbar.

• When we drag the toolbar, let's say from left to right, then the toolbar position is changed, but the tooltip is not changed.

• Tool is not working on VS CODE application.
