docs: Examples of how to handle Vue Components inside DataTables Cells

I don't know exactly if this is a Docs issue or a Bug ... but ... lets go.

I don't see how to make Vue.JS components work inside DataTables Cells, aways it will make static only components without functions like @click or any other. Testing the main DataTables Vue version, and their examples, works fine. But the FlyonUI version, and its examples of how to create a DataTables, can't archive this.

So, please, we need a way to use the new slots possibilities inside the DataTables cells for customization. And some examples of how to archive this, with for example, working Action Column with Buttons like Show, Edit and Delete.
