Auto-updater #18
Description
As titled, an elegant auto-updater function. Features:
- Triggers during splash screen before app init
- Compares local build against latest build on GitHub
- If a new build exists, triggers update dialog to download and install or ignore
- Download and install triggers a separate utility, closing the game app entirely. It will then do what it needs to do, then relaunch the game app
