By making a server, do you mean self hosting the backend like in the wiki guide?

Are you looking for a solution that would let you use your drive with no hosting required?

This may be something I'm interested in.

I'm in the middle of rewriting the backend, but doing this client side may also be an option if we can figure out an auth scheme with google.

Would you be interested in creating a POC?

Dropbox works too. I would want it to allow you to play the same save file on your PC and then on your phone.

If I do this, I'll probably use Google Drive since almost everyone has a gsuite login

Could you create an app and follow the instructions under the Documentation tab?

GG I haven't tried it yet, but I got used to Dropbox, so I didn't want to change :))

This is what I found: To authenticate with Google in a GitHub application, you can use Google's Identity Platform (also known as Firebase Authentication) or a custom authentication solution using Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. For Google Cloud projects specifically, you can use the google-github-actions/auth GitHub Action.

Thanks for the info! Also just a heads up, your Dropbox creds are in the code in plaintext, you might want to revoke
