React Icons version breaks build

I'm pretty sure the version of react icons is too new and causes any builds to break. I consistently have to downgrade the react icons version when i use this template otherwise pnpm build does not work and vercel deploys fail.

also the eslint version is no longer supported, and pnpm lint:fix doesnt work
