System Tray 'tooltip' missing text [Windows 11]

System Tray 'tooltip' missing text when mouse HOVERS over the app icon [Windows 11 with Hydra v7.2.2]. Should state the name of the App and possibly the release/version. Right-click works fine showing app options.

I'll fix it with the next update of the wrapper. As all changes require manual updates I don't think this change warrants a new release.
