Done: TSAN test failure on #7163 is a base branch issue, not PR-specific.

Evidence: same linux64_tsan-test failure on unrelated PR #7161 as well. This is a known flaky TSAN race on develop.

Investigation Results

Failing job: linux64_tsan-test / Test source (job link)

Failing test: interface_zmq_dash.py --legacy-wallet — timed out at 300s under ThreadSanitizer.

Root cause: Flaky TSAN test timeout — not caused by our PR.

Evidence:

1. Our PR (#7163) only modifies configure.ac — changes --enable-stacktraces default from yes to auto. Zero connection to ZMQ or threading.
2. Another unrelated branch (test/coinjoin-require-not-check, run 22282676958) also failed linux64_tsan-test at the same time with a different flaky test (feature_llmq_signing.py), confirming TSAN tests are generally flaky.
3. Recent develop CI runs pass (last 3 succeeded), but the TSAN test suite has intermittent timeouts across multiple branches.

All other CI jobs passed (builds, lint, other test suites).

Action: No fix needed. This is a pre-existing flaky test, not introduced by our PR.
