[Documentation Request] Document deployments

Documentation around deploying to common platforms would be really helpful for a lot of people getting started. A stretch goal would to be to maybe provide some templates or examples?

Some that come to mind

• Kubernetes
• AWS EC2
• Azure
• Google Cloud

I'm sure there's even more that could be useful, but just wanted to start a friendly discussion about it

I think this is a great stretch goal. As I see it, many open source projects will show custom deployments as above with the likes of steady site based documentation and short How to Deploy videos (OpenFaas founder Alex Ellis makes heavy use of this).
