Ram usage and runtime failure

I have some issues with ram filling up and eventually the TerrariumPI service crashes.

Any idea?
Setup is RPi 4b, 2 temp sensors, one humidity sensor(that don't work) 4 relays and a web cam
if any logs are needed let me know where to find them.

Hmm, a load of 5.8 is way to high. Should be around 1 when using a webcam.

Also you are running 64its. That is not tested. Could cause strange issues.

Which OS are you using? Bookworm is not fully tested. Use legacy OS lite (32 bit) when creating SD card

Can you provide a screenshot of when running: top -d1. This should show load and memory usage.

Disable the humid sensor, so TP does not wait on that sensor, could fix some timeout issues.

regarding the humidity sensor, it works but the read out is wrong, had a fogger going non stop (and broke) because the sensor said 13%, the soil where soaking wet..

You have used the desktop Rpi image. That can give problems with GPIO devices.

But you have reinstalled the SD card? Than we have to wait if the same problem happens again. Or, reinstall once more with the Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy) Lite image. Which does not contain a desktop. So less memory is needed for the OS. Because your desktop software is taking 44% of the total memory in the top screenshot.

I will reinstall using the proper one..
