Hmm, a load of 5.8 is way to high. Should be around 1 when using a webcam. Also you are running 64its. That is not tested. Could cause strange issues. Which OS are you using? Bookworm is not fully tested. Use legacy OS lite (32 bit) when creating SD card Can you provide a screenshot of when running: Disable the humid sensor, so TP does not wait on that sensor, could fix some timeout issues. |

You have used the desktop Rpi image. That can give problems with GPIO devices.
But you have reinstalled the SD card? Than we have to wait if the same problem happens again. Or, reinstall once more with the Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy) Lite image. Which does not contain a desktop. So less memory is needed for the OS. Because your desktop software is taking 44% of the total memory in the top screenshot.
