How do I create a userscript on greasyfork with cljs?

I cannot tell you since I do not know what it is. I looked at the homepage of greasyfork and tried to find some tutorials that aren't dead links but no luck. I have no idea how these things work or what they require, and can find no documentation of that stuff. Seems to me like a regular :browser build might work.
