Create Cumulocity setup scripts to create items that can be used in the demo

The Cumulocity IoT demo can be improved by also creating some of the Cloud side elements.

The following items will be included:

• Create software repository items
• Create firmware repository items
• Create configuration repository items
• Create default passthrough and webssh remote access connection items (if the user has the correct permissions)
