tedge-mapper-c8y built-in bridge fails to reconnect to Cumulocity

Describe the bug

An incidence was discovered with the tedge-mapper-c8y built-in bridge, where it was disconnected from Cumulocity (potentially due to a Cumulocity update), however it was not able to reconnect successfully by itself. The device communication looked ok on the device (wget and dns resolution were ok).

After a device restart, the mapper was able to connect to Cumulocity.

To Reproduce

It is currently not known how to reproduce this error.

This might be a good opportunity to explore some chaos testing on the network level to see if the error scenario can be invoked.
