App language changing feature #280

Use case
I see in the source code and the design overall in version 1.7.0 are setting up for this feature but it is not yet implemented. I believe that only changing the language for the static fields in the app is not enough so this might required an API signaling to the server since the app is using Webview mechanic for dashboards. Have you had guidance or plan for this feature?
Proposal
Having a field, maybe placed in More tab for user to select their language -> Everything, including the dashboards will be updated to match that language
