Cloud clearing "alarm" Edge failed to clear "DeviceState" where "alarmStates" has "currentAlarm", resulting in the inability to create new alerts.

Cloud cleaning did not execute this notification.，This results in the inability to create new alerts at all.

I think a cleanup message can be sent to the rule chain during the cloud synchronization cleanup process.

Could you please provide more details and the exact steps to reproduce the issue? Once we have that, we can review and propose specific fixes or workarounds.

In the meantime, here is some general information that might help resolve your problem:

• Acknowledgement (ack) and clear events are not automatically pushed from cloud to edge, or vice versa.
• To sync these events, you need to use the "Push to Edge" or "Push to Cloud" rule nodes to explicitly send the respective ack or clear actions.
• In previous versions, these events were sent automatically. However, this led to excessive event traffic in some use cases, so we changed the behavior. Now, the rule nodes provide more control and help prevent unnecessary message spam.
