[Colab-Playground] When creating/removing tabs all users are send to the same tab

Describe the bug
When one user add or delete a tab all users are send to this tab, not just the user that created it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join the SQL-Playground with multiple users
2. Add or delete a tab,
3. All users are add the same tab

Expected behavior
All users except the user performing the action remain at their previous tab.
