Users on a dropped node are still shown as online to users still on the clustered nodes. #9
Description
When a node is dropped from the cluster user persistence from the dropped node is not shown as offline to users still connected to the cluster. Users may still try to send messages to these users bu the messages are never delivered.
When a node splits from the cluster, users on that node should show as offline to users till connected to the clustered nodes.
